Green Street Studios presents
Ensemble Warhol, Contrapose Dance, Kelley Donovan & Dancers

The evening begins with "Within and Between",
a new dance work about transformation and impermanence created by
choreographer Kelley Donovan for her dancers and featuring pianist
Theodore Bale playing the music of Philip Glass. Kelley Donovan
& Dancers (www.geocities.com/kdonovan02139)
are noted for creating dance that investigates the internal world
transformation and expresses the intimate self through movement,
ranging from soft fluidity to athletic physicality.
The second half of the evening is a presentation
of "Scènes de ballet", a dance work for four dancers,
flute, and harp by Mark Warhol. This production is a collaboration
between Contrapose Dance (www.contraposedance.com),
Courtney Peix, artistic director, and Ensemble Warhol (www.markwarhol.net),
a music group that specializes in the performance of contemporary
music. This performance will feature the work of Venezuelan choreographer,
Gianni Di Marco; Rockport artist, Heidi Zander; and costumer Susan
Paino.
