Freestyle and partner Samba dance perfect
for clubs and parties. Upbeat, energetic and aerobic. Learn Rio
de Janeiro, Sao Paulo and Bahia styles, plus more. Great way to
prepare yourself to visit Brazil or participate in Carnaval. Taught
by the founder and artistic director of the Brazilian Cultural Center
of New England and the Afo-Brazilian music and dance ensemble Samba
Tremeterra.

Level 1 focuses on the fundamentals of
LA-styles salsa. We work on body movement and isolation, essential
rhythm, leading/following, and more. Level 1 is perfect to take
a few times to master the fundamentals. No partner necessary. We

Salsa Advanced Beginning
LA-Style Salsa - Level 2 (Ongoing)

Dancers in this level should already be
familiar with the basic steps and technique. Level 2 moves at a
quicker pace, focusing on improving basic technique such as hip
movement and partner connection while teaching more combinations.
